Multi Retail Group Ltd. is an Israeli public company that operates retail chains for home and automotive products. Its portfolio includes the ACE home-improvement and homeware chain, the Auto Depot automotive accessories and service chain, and the home furnishings chains Beitili, Urban and ID Design. The group was established in November 2016 by the Kedma Capital Fund under the name Kedma-Investment (2016) Ltd., and was renamed ACE Capital Retail (2016) Ltd. in February 2017 after acquiring the ACE, Auto Depot and ACE Electric retail operations from Electra Consumer Products. Multi Retail Group Ltd. was founded by the Kedma Capital Fund on November 13, 2016, under the name Kedma-Investment (2016) Ltd. About a month later, Kedma Capital Fund acquired the retail operations of the ACE, Auto Depot and ACE Electric chains from Electra Consumer Products and integrated them into the company. As a result, on February 15, 2017, the company changed its name to ACE Capital Retail (2016) Ltd. The ACE Electric stores were closed and their activity was merged into the ACE chain stores. By the end of 2021 the company operated 31 stores: 12 under the ACE brand, 6 under the Auto Depot brand, and 13 combined stores (an ACE store and an Auto Depot store together). These chains included 32 branches (11 Beitili branches, 17 Urban branches and 4 ID Design branches), of which 6 branches were operated through franchisees, and three websites. This acquisition was completed on May 1, 2022. In November 2022 the company reached an agreement to acquire the activity of the CheckUp automotive service center chain from Technotires (Israel) Ltd. for about 2.8 million shekels. The acquired activity includes four centers operating under the CheckUp brand and ten small service center branches operating inside garages in a "store within a store" concept.
