The network's centre is in the town of Voloder, with regional offices in five major Croatian cities: Zagreb, Bjelovar, Sisak, Kutina and Split. It employs around 80 people. Mreža TV's programming grid is roughly half original in-house productions and half series and films. The channel occasionally broadcasts exclusive films and programmes not shown on other channels. Its own productions cover news, culture, local affairs, agriculture, religion, music and cooking, reflecting the regions it serves. In terms of broadcasting, Mreža TV transmits on the 4th and 8th regional multiplexes. The 4th multiplex covers Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje and parts of Sisak and Karlovac, reaching an audience of about 1.5 million viewers. The 8th multiplex covers Split, Dalmatia and Dubrovnik. The channel positions itself as a trusted source of news and culture for its regions, with the slogan "Vaš izvor vijesti i kulture" (Your source of news and culture).
