MKH Oil Palm (East Kalimantan) Berhad ("MKH Oil Palm" or "MKHOP") is a Malaysian company incorporated on 10 August 2004 as a private company limited by shares. It was incorporated under the name Detik Merdu Sdn Bhd, renamed MKH Global Plantation Sdn Bhd on 7 January 2021, then MKH Oil Palm (East Kalimantan) Sdn Bhd on 1 October 2021, and on 11 August 2022 was converted to a public company limited by shares and assumed its present name. MKHOP was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 April 2024. Its plantation division, established in 2008, comprises mainly two oil palm estates — PT Maju Kalimantan Hadapan (PT MKH) and PT Sawit Prima Sakti (PT SPS) — producing and selling ISPO-certified crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernels at an 18,205-hectare plantation in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.

It was incorporated under the name Detik Merdu Sdn Bhd; on 7 January 2021 it changed its name to MKH Global Plantation Sdn Bhd; on 1 October 2021 it further changed its name to MKH Oil Palm (East Kalimantan) Sdn Bhd; and on 11 August 2022 it was converted to a public company limited by shares and assumed its present name. The plantation division was established in 2008 and has since evolved into one of the main contributors to the Group's earnings. MKHOP was successfully listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 April 2024. The Group's plantation operations comprise mainly two oil palm estates, PT Maju Kalimantan Hadapan (PT MKH) and PT Sawit Prima Sakti (PT SPS), producing and selling ISPO-certified crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernels at an 18,205-hectare plantation in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
