According to the company's own history page, MK Fahrzeuge GmbH was founded in 2010, though the journey began in autumn 2009 when the vision was developed to create innovative and high-quality vehicles, with a focus from the start on individual solutions for customers in various industries. In 2011 the company took over the brand representation of Taylor-Dunn, which it says significantly expanded its product range. A year later it presented its first 4x4 vehicle. In 2013 it reached strong revenue through steady growth and in the following year successfully expanded its service area.
