Mizuno Technics Co., Ltd. (ミズノ テクニクス株式会社) is a Japanese manufacturing company established on April 1, 2002, with capital of 100 million yen and 388 employees. Its head office is the Yoro Plant in Gifu Prefecture, and it also operates the Haga, Yamazaki Rumbard, and Hikami plants. Its handled products include golf clubs and balls, baseball bats, hard baseballs, helmets and gloves, tennis and badminton rackets, shuttlecocks, table tennis rackets, bags, gloves, athletic shoes, baseball spikes, football shoes, walking shoes, sneakers, uniforms, team wear, workwear, jump suits, skate suits, lifestyle wear, carbon arrows, long carbon pipes, walking poles, and white canes. Its representative director is Natsuki Sato.

Mizuno Technics Co., Ltd. was established on April 1, 2002, when the Yoro Plant was spun off as 'Mizuno Technics Co., Ltd.' and achieved 'zero emissions'. In 2010, Mizuno Industry Hikami and Kochi merged to establish Mizuno Apparel Technics Co., Ltd. In 2013, Mizuno Industry Aoyama and Haga and Mizuno Rumbard Co., Ltd. were integrated into Mizuno Technics Co., Ltd. In 2015, Mizuno Apparel Technics Co., Ltd. was integrated into Mizuno Technics Co., Ltd. In 2015, carbon material was adopted for the tank of Toyota's fuel cell vehicle 'MIRAI'. In 2024, employee Kosaku Kishimoto was recognized as a 'Modern Master Craftsman' by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for glove making.
