In April 2003, following the management integration of Nippon Kokan and Kawasaki Steel (JFE), it became a core subsidiary of JFE Urban Development Co., Ltd. and was renamed JFE Urban Plus Co., Ltd. In July 2010, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. acquired JFE Urban Plus Co., Ltd., and it was renamed Urban Plus Co., Ltd. In September 2011, it changed its name to Mitsui & Co. Facilities Co., Ltd. and moved its head office from Kawasaki City to Oosaki, Shinagawa-ku. In October 2011, it merged with Bussan Facility Service Co., Ltd. and succeeded the condominium management and financial management divisions of Bussan Community Co., Ltd. In October 2015, it merged with Bussan Property Management Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Mitsui & Co. Foresight Co., Ltd. In March 2020, its head office moved from Oosaki, Shinagawa-ku to Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda-ku. In March 2022, its head office moved from Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda-ku to Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku.
