The company was established in April 1983 as Daiya Mera Co., Ltd. and later changed its name to Mitsubishi Chemical Cleansui Corporation in April 2017. It is wholly owned by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. The company's product lineup includes faucet-mounted, pot-type, under-sink, and business-use water purifiers, as well as alkaline ion water conditioners, water purifying showers, water servers, and hollow fiber membranes.
History
The company was established in April 1983 as Daiya Mera Co., Ltd. In 2003, it received the 'Cleansui' business transfer from Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd. In 2009, it changed its name to Mitsubishi Rayon Cleansui Co., Ltd. In 2017, it changed its name to Mitsubishi Chemical Cleansui Corporation.
