Military police of Denmark

Militærpolitiet is described on the Danish Defence website as the only unit that solves the police task within the Defence, both in Denmark and on international operations. It is a joint-service (værnsfælles) unit that supports the entire Defence with military police support, and it often takes part in the Defence's national and international task-solving, able to provide a contribution on water, on land or in the air. Its motto is given as "Sine Ira et Studio". The unit trains military police soldiers, who wear a red beret, and it is associated with Aalborg Kaserne, which is home to, among others, the Trænregimentet and Militærpolitiet.
