Mergado

Mergado is a web-based software platform developed in the Czech Republic for the management and bulk editing of product data feeds used in e-commerce marketing. It allows e-shops and digital agencies to modify XML, CSV, and other feed formats without programming knowledge, preparing product data for advertising systems such as Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, Heureka.cz, Zboží.cz, and hundreds of other comparison shopping engines, marketplaces, and social networks. The tool was originally created in 2010 by Michal Janík for internal use and was made available to external users in February 2012. In August 2014, the company Mergado technologies, s.r.o. was established to operate and further develop the application. Mergado's core product is the Mergado Editor, which supports importing product data from various sources, automatic quality checks via Mergado Audit, and rule-based bulk edits such as price calculations, category adjustments, and text rewrites. The platform also includes AI-powered features for description rewriting, parameter extraction, and bulk image editing. It offers a free plugin called Mergado Pack for PrestaShop and WooCommerce that exports product data in Mergado XML format.
