In June 1972, the head office and factory were relocated to Kiyocho, Nishi-ku, Nagoya. In March 1973, its flameproofing treatment business was certified by the Fire and Disaster Management Agency. In March 1985, a new linen factory was established and the first continuous washing machine was installed. In April 1991, a directly operated store (Tōkadai store) opened, followed by the Sun Mall Chez store in March 1992. In March 1995, a second continuous washing machine was added for linen. In May 2001, a napkin and yukata loading machine was introduced at the linen factory, and in March 2002, a sheet and wrapping cloth loading machine was introduced. In November 2002, a directly operated store (Head Office store) opened. In March 2003, the company absorbed and merged with Meitetsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. In April 2021, it absorbed and merged with Meitetsu Bisou Co., Ltd., which led to a full-scale entry into hotel room cleaning and the launch of the "Meitetsu Pickup and Delivery Cleaning" service for individual customers in July 2021.
