Its activity is in the field of air transport of passengers and cargo, with a limited liability company established in accordance with the provisions of the Libyan Commercial Law No. 23 of 2010. It is registered in the Tripoli Commercial Register under No. 69239 and the company’s headquarters is located in Al-Nawfaleen, Ahmed Rajab Al-Zaidi Street.

The company preferred the ownership option, taking advantage of the low prices of selling aircraft in the world as a result of the spread of the Corona pandemic, and an agreement was concluded regarding the purchase of two planes. The company signed an agreement with a European company for joint operation between Libya and some European countries. The operational plan relied on operating from Libyan airports to European airports by registering one of the aircraft owned by the company in the State of Malta and concluding an agreement with a Maltese company to operate this aircraft on the sector (Misurata – Malta – Misurata) – (Maitiqa – Malta Maitiqa).
