Media Asia Music

Media Asia Music, formerly Media Asia Records Limited, is a Hong Kong record label under Media Asia Group. It was founded in October 2011 by businessman Peter Lam Kin-ngok and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Asia Group, issuing records under the 'Media Asia' or 'Media Asia Music' music brand. Its roster has included artists such as Sammi Cheng, Joyce Cheng, Grasshopper, Stephy Tang, C AllStar and Jay Fung, alongside newer acts including Feanna Wong, ANSONBEAN, Cloud Wan, Me& and Lester Lam.

Media Asia Music, formerly named Media Asia Records Limited, is part of Media Asia Group and is described as one of Hong Kong's large local record companies. It was founded in October 2011 by businessman Peter Lam Kin-ngok and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Asia Group, releasing records under the 'Media Asia' or 'Media Asia Music' music brand. Media Asia Group itself was incorporated in the Cayman Islands in February 2000, was re-domiciled to Bermuda in December 2009, and had been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange GEM since 31 May 2001. In June 2011 the company was acquired by Lai Sun group's eSun Holdings Limited through a subscription of new shares, after which it became a member of the Lai Sun group; in March 2023 eSun Holdings merged Media Asia by way of a scheme of arrangement and share exchange offer, and Media Asia's listing status was withdrawn at 4:00 p.m. on 20 March 2023.
