Maxim Global Berhad

Maxim Global Berhad is a public listed Malaysian company with principal activity predominantly in property development. It was incorporated in Malaysia on 4 December 1968 as Pacific Chemicals Berhad, later renamed Tadmax Resources Berhad, and took its present name on 3 November 2020. It was listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, now Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, on 22 December 1970. Its property development business focuses on affordable and mid-range homes under the idea of "One Family One Home".

Maxim Global Berhad ("MAXIM") was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 4 December 1968 as a public limited company under the name of Pacific Chemicals Berhad. It subsequently changed its name to Tadmax Resources Berhad and changed to its present name on 3 November 2020. MAXIM was listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, on 22 December 1970. The Group embarked into property development since 2015 and, up to the end of year 2025, had completed 7,539 units of homes, comprising 3,313 units of affordable apartments and terrace houses and 4,226 units of condominiums and service apartments, with total Gross Development Value of more than RM2.8 billion. The Group currently has five on-going property development projects, adding 6,323 units of service apartments, condominiums and affordable homes with a total GDV of approximately RM3.6 billion.

Focuses on development of affordable and mid-range homes to cater to the market's demand-supply gap, prioritising wellness, safety and connectivity designs.
