What was formerly called 'Broking Division' is now Mavriq. The company has grown through acquisitions, including the acquisition of Rastreator.com, Rastreator.mx and LeLynx.fr in 2023, and the acquisition of Switcho and Pricewise in 2024, and the acquisition of Verivox in 2025.
