Mannhold Haustechnik GmbH

Mannhold Haustechnik GmbH is a German heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) contractor based in Berlin-Schöneberg. The company began in 2020 as a sole proprietorship focused on heating technology and was converted into a GmbH in 2024. It is owner-managed by Marcel Mannhold, who describes the business as a technician-led operation rather than a broker or call-centre intermediary. The firm specialises in modern heat pump systems, particularly OVUM heat pumps from Austria, and is a certified partner of Vaillant, OVUM and Lambda. Alongside heat pump planning and installation, it offers gas boiler services, underfloor heating (FBH) cleaning, heating load calculations, hydraulic balancing and subsidy (Fördermittel) advice. Its service area covers Berlin, Potsdam and the wider Brandenburg region. Mannhold Haustechnik positions itself on personal consultation, transparent quotations and documented workmanship. Its website highlights a 5.0 Google rating and a structured process from consultation and analysis through to individual system design and professional implementation. The company states that it does not sell standard packages but plans solutions tailored to each building, budget and future use. As a small regional trade business, Mannhold Haustechnik is not a manufacturer or a listed company. Its brand identity rests on its role as an authorised installer and service partner for established heating equipment brands, combined with its own local reputation in the Berlin market.

Mannhold Haustechnik began in 2020 as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) focused on heating technology in Berlin-Schöneberg. According to the company's own history, the founder started with a hands-on, technician-led approach to heating systems in the Berlin market. In 2022 the business was certified as an official Vaillant partner for heat pump installation, adding a major international heating brand to its portfolio. In 2023 it expanded its range by becoming an OVUM Premium Partner, bringing Austrian-made OVUM heat pumps into its offering. This was followed in 2024 by the conversion of the sole proprietorship into Mannhold Haustechnik GmbH, a step the company describes as being taken for sustainable growth. In 2025 the firm sharpened its focus on heat pumps and public subsidy advice, expanding services around heat load calculation, hydraulic balancing and funding logic. For 2026 the company announced the introduction of a structured price estimation tool to give property owners a faster, more reliable initial orientation. Throughout its development, Mannhold Haustechnik has remained a regional Berlin and Brandenburg contractor rather than a manufacturer. Its growth has been tied to the broader German energy transition and the rising demand for heat pump retrofits and subsidy-supported heating modernisation.
