Management Revue

Management Revue (MREV) is an interdisciplinary scholarly journal in the fields of management, organization, and personnel research, as well as industrial relations. It has been published quarterly since 1990. The journal was founded by Diether Gebert, Georg Schreyögg, Wolfgang H. Staehle, and Dieter Wagner. Initially published by Rainer Hampp Verlag, it moved to Nomos-Verlag in 2017 and to IMR Press in 2025. Articles—whether qualitative, quantitative, or theoretical—undergo peer review. The current editors are Simon Fietze, Susanne Gretzinger, Wenzel Matiaske, Katja Rost († 2026), and Florian Schramm. In the 2024 VHB rating for publication media, it is listed as a B or C journal in various sub-ratings (INT, ORG, PERS, STRAT, WEW). In the ABS Journal Ranking, it is classified as a Level 2 journal.
