The Maabarot Products Group specializes in the development, marketing, and sale of dietary supplements and cosmetics through its Health Division, alongside an extensive portfolio of food products and accessories for pets and livestock through its Animal Division. The group's subsidiaries are recognized as industry leaders, setting standards of excellence across all their fields of expertise.

The group was founded in the 1960's and since then has been engaged in the development, production and marketing of products and supplements for humans and animals. The company was established by Kibbutz Maabarot. In 1993, it had an IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. In 2004, it entered the nutritional supplements field by acquiring 'Altman' and 'Ta'am Teva' and merging them together. In 2006, it acquired the Kuzeypet activities in the field of pet food in Turkey and purchased 51% of the 'Adama Organic Food Products' company. In 2008, it acquired 'Analyte' and 'Schiff & Ribowsky'. In 2009, it completed the sale of 51% of the Materna activity to Osem-Nestle. In 2011, it completed the acquisition of Laboratoria Natury in Poland. In 2012, it completed the acquisition of 49% of 'Adama Organic Food Products' and purchased 50% of the Kuzeypet Company. In 2014, it purchased an additional 20% of the Kuzeypet Company. In 2015, it acquired the Medilink Company. In 2017, it acquired 40% of Algaia Company and sold the holdings balance in Materna Industries. In 2019, Kibbutz Maabarot transitioned to full private ownership. In 2020, it established the nutritional supplements and animal divisions.
