Luxchem Corporation Berhad is a Malaysian investment holding company incorporated on 4 September 1991 as Luxchem Corporation Sdn. Bhd., converted to a public company on 3 August 2007 and renamed Luxchem Corporation Berhad since 2008. Through its subsidiaries it supplies industrial chemicals, with principal activities covering marketing and distribution of industrial chemicals and materials in the PVC, Rubber, Latex and FRP/Coating industries; manufacturing of unsaturated polyester resins (UPRs); producing rubber latex chemical dispersions, latex processing chemicals, latex surfactant, dispersant and specialty chemicals for the latex industry; and manufacturing and trading of former cleaning agents, powder free coagulants and polymer coatings, mostly used in the rubber gloves industry. Its history traces back to 1984 with the establishment of Lux Trading, a sole proprietorship focused on marketing and distribution of industrial chemicals. The group expanded nationwide with marketing, distribution and warehouse centres in Penang (1989), Johor (1991) and Perak (1992), and overseas through a Singapore subsidiary established in 1992, plus subsidiaries in Indonesia and Vietnam. Luxchem Vietnam Company Limited was established in January 2016 as a 100% owned subsidiary with total capital of USD500,000 for import and distribution of industrial chemicals in Vietnam.

Luxchem's history can be traced back to 1984 with the establishment of Lux Trading, a sole proprietorship involved in the marketing and distribution of industrial chemicals, focusing on synthetic rubber and rubber chemicals, UPRs, fibreglass materials and polymer-related products. Luxchem was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act on 4 September 1991 as a private limited company under the name Luxchem Corporation Sdn. Bhd. As part of expansion efforts, the group established marketing, distribution and warehouse centres in Penang in 1989, Johor in 1991 and Perak in 1992. Overseas expansion followed through a Singapore subsidiary established in 1992 to oversee marketing and distribution of industrial chemicals in Singapore, and two overseas subsidiaries in Indonesia and Vietnam. On 3 August 2007 the company converted to a public company and assumed the name Luxchem Corporation Berhad since 2008. Luxchem Vietnam Company Limited was established in January 2016 as a 100% owned subsidiary with total capital of USD500,000, serving import and distribution of industrial chemicals to customers across Vietnam.
