Lincoln Park Roofing is a family-owned roofing and exterior home-improvement contractor based in Lincoln Park, Michigan, a Downriver suburb of Detroit. According to its official website, the company has installed more than 6,000 roofs since 1990 and has been Michigan-licensed since 1996. It is owned and operated by Scott Kincaide, who has led the business since 1996. The company's core business is residential roofing: roof repair, roof replacement, new roof construction, asphalt shingle replacement, storm-damage and insurance-claim replacement, emergency leak repair, and preventative maintenance. It also markets a specialty service called roof rejuvenation — an asphalt roof treatment that the company says can extend a roof's life — and states that it is the only certified roof rejuvenation provider in Wayne and Oakland Counties since 2011. Beyond roofing, Lincoln Park Roofing offers commercial roofing (including commercial roof repair and flat roof installation), siding and trim (vinyl, fiber cement, and engineered wood), seamless gutters and gutter guards, attic and blown-in insulation, and dumpster rental. The company serves Lincoln Park and a broad list of Downriver and western/southern Wayne County communities, including Detroit, Allen Park, Southgate, Wyandotte, Riverview, Trenton, Ecorse, Melvindale, River Rouge, Grosse Ile, Canton, Westland, Wayne, Garden City, Livonia, Plymouth, Inkster, Redford, Taylor, Brownstown, Romulus, Belleville, Flat Rock, Woodhaven, Dearborn Heights, Northville, and Ypsilanti, as well as Monroe-area communities such as Rockwood, South Rockwood, Carleton, Newport, and Gibraltar. It is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and reports a 4.9-star rating from 33 verified customer reviews, with five-star ratings cited on Google and Yelp.
