LeCoinRenov

LeCoinRenov is a French digital platform that connects individuals planning renovation work with verified building artisans. According to its official website, the service is always 100% free for private individuals: users describe their project in about two minutes, and the platform's AI guides them through five questions to structure the request and assess feasibility in real time. An algorithm then selects up to three artisans from the user's area based on an AI score, reviews, and responsiveness. Users receive up to three quotes from verified artisans, compare them, and choose freely, with no commercial follow-up calls and no obligation. The platform states that it lists over 600,000 artisans across France. It emphasizes verification: each artisan's SIRET registration number and décennale insurance are checked before any connection is made, to avoid fake contacts. LeCoinRenov positions itself as transparent, noting that it is a new platform and does not use fake reviews or inflated figures. Its business model is financed by artisans, never by private individuals, so the service remains free for homeowners and requires no bank card. The site also offers renovation inspiration sections covering kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, plumbing, and facades, allowing users to visualize their future project before describing it. LeCoinRenov operates in France and, as of the available evidence, its ownership, founding year, and headquarters are not specified. It is an active platform brand in the home renovation lead-generation space.
