Leading Edge Associates was founded in 1995 as an operational excellence firm. In 2003, Canadian operations were established. Over two decades, the team grew to 20+ practitioners and built a university-partnered training pathway with Ontario Tech University. In 2025, the Canadian business was localized under dedicated leadership, with Mayank Chadha joining as Managing Director, working alongside John Whelton, VP of North American Operations.
