Le Pétrin Ribeïrou is a brand of artisan bakeries. It brings together about forty shops committed to offering the best of bread and tradition. The brand emphasizes craftsmanship, on-site baking, and transparency, with breads made in each bakery in view of customers. It uses exclusively French tradition flour from local channels in Occitanie, and its signature bread, the Ribeïrou, is made with natural sourdough maintained daily and passed down through generations.

Le Pétrin Ribeïrou has been active for more than 30 years. Four generations of bakers have succeeded each other to keep this family tradition alive. The brand now includes about forty shops. From the beginning, the brand chose to make bread in view of customers, creating a visual identity for the network's stores.
