Kyowakogyosyo Co., Ltd. is a Japanese company that describes itself as a specialist manufacturer of high-strength bolts. Its product range includes bolts for construction machinery and automotive parts, such as transmission components and steering/suspension parts.

The company was founded in October 1950 as Yamaguchi Iron Works in Komatsu City. It was renamed Kyowakogyosyo in July 1957. It was reorganized as a limited company in December 1959 and as a stock company in December 1961. In 1965, it discontinued its sheet metal department and shifted to a screw-specialized manufacturer. In 1966, it became a bolt-specialized factory. In 1969, it obtained JIS certification for hexagon socket head cap screws. In 1972, it received a large order for track shoe bolts from Komatsu Ltd. In 1980, it received the Deming Prize Implementation Award for Small Enterprises. In 1996, its shares were registered over-the-counter with the Japan Securities Dealers Association. In 2004, it was listed on the JASDAQ Securities Exchange. In 2010, it established Kyowa Machinery (Shandong) Co., Ltd. In 2013, it was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ market.
