KYORAKU CO., LTD. was established in Kyoto in 1917 (Taisho 6) under the name of KYORAKU REAL ESTATE CO., LTD. for the purpose of real estate development. The company entered the plastics industry in 1947 and established a trading department at the Kyoto Head Quarters and Kyoto sales office. In 1951, the company name was changed to KYORAKU KOGYO CO., LTD. In 1970, the company name was changed to KYORAKU CO., LTD., Ltd. and the Head Quarters moved to Osaka City. Since entering the plastics industry, the company has accumulated over 70 years of experience and achievements, and in recent years has actively worked to expand overseas, establishing NAFUKO in Thailand in 1996, KBI in Indonesia in 1997, KMI in Indonesia in 2003, TIANJIN KYORAKU PLASTICS CO., LTD. in 2004, HONG KONG KYORAKU LTD. in 2005, and DONG GUAN KYORAKU PLASTICS CO., LTD. in 2005.
