Kufu Company Inc. (株式会社くふうカンパニー) is a Japanese operating company headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Kufu Company Holdings Inc., which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market under code 4376. The company traces its origins to September 2012, when it was established as Zaim Inc. (株式会社Zaim), a business built around the personal household budgeting service Zaim. In January 2019 it became a consolidated subsidiary of the first-generation Kufu Company (later Kufu Sumai), and it has since been repeatedly reorganized within the group. In July 2023, through a share exchange, it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Kufu Company Holdings and changed its name to Kufu AI Studio Inc., simultaneously absorbing Da Vinci Studio. In January 2025, it absorbed Locoguide, the operator of the flyer and shopping information service Tokubai (later Kufu Tokubai), and simultaneously changed its name to Kufu Company Inc. (third generation). Since then, it has operated services such as Kufu Zaim, Kufu Trip, and Kufu Tokubai.
