Kreenholm Manufacturing Company

Kreenholm Manufacturing Company was a textile enterprise founded in the mid-19th century in Narva, Estonia, utilizing the water power of the Narva waterfall for cotton production. By the early 20th century, it became one of the largest textile mills in the Russian Empire, employing thousands. The company underwent various ownership changes and war impacts, eventually closing in the late 20th century. Its historic buildings are now an industrial heritage site.
