Kordis is an AI staffing software for temp agencies in Canada, designed to handle screening, readiness, dispatch, and hours through one live record per worker, per shift, per client. It was built for the founder's mom, who runs a staffing agency in Ontario, to solve the early-morning confirmation scramble in a real operation.

The gap was never another database; the work between existing systems lived in somebody's memory. Kordis exists to carry that work forward and bring the decision back to the operator with the evidence attached.
