Knižní stezka k dětem, z.s. is a Czech registered association (zapsaný spolek) active in the promotion of children's reading and children's literature. Its name, which can be rendered in English as "Book Trail to Children," reflects its core concept: a trail or route through books and reading-related places designed for children and families. The association operates in the Czech Republic and maintains an official website at kniznistezka.cz. As a z.s., it is a private non-profit legal form under Czech law, typically used by civic associations, clubs, and cultural or educational initiatives. Publicly available evidence for this entity is limited: it is recorded in Wikidata under the identifier Q131681269, and its official website provides the main public information about its activities. Because the organization is small and locally oriented, verifiable details such as its exact founding year, founding members, registered seat, and organizational structure are not established by the available sources. Its history is therefore best understood as part of the broader Czech tradition of civic associations that support libraries, schools, and family reading culture. Rather than inventing dates or events, this dossier records the association's identity, purpose, and public presence, and leaves unverified specifics blank.
