Klunkerkranich is a cultural rooftop garden, bar and club venue located on the top parking deck of the Neukölln Arcaden shopping mall in Berlin-Neukölln. Since 2013 it has established itself as a place for club and subculture, combining generous green outdoor areas with panoramic views over Berlin's rooftops and lovingly designed indoor spaces used for partying, dancing and live music. The venue describes itself as a platform for the diversity of Berlin club culture, hosting concerts, performances, club nights, DJ sessions and more. The site is organized into several distinct areas. Outdoors, the Horstwirtschaft, a non-profit association for biodiverse urban gardening, tends the rooftop garden. Indoors, there are two floors with cultural offerings and events: the *Wohnzimmer, a bar-floor between club and pub with a stage, couches and corners to hide away; and one parking deck higher, the *Club "Hinter den Alpen", a dancefloor that has developed over the years into the main floor with a strong focus on electronic dance music. A newer addition, the *Ostflügel, opened in 2022 as a new outdoor area intended to grow further in the coming years. Klunkerkranich presents a diverse program that includes well-known acts from the electronic music scene in an intimate club setting, away from the large dancefloors, as well as exciting newcomers taking their first steps and young organizers developing new formats. The venue positions itself as a place for everyone and continues to grow beyond the city and itself. It is a private commercial cultural venue and bar, not a publicly listed company, and its operations are closely tied to the Berlin club and subculture landscape.

Klunkerkranich was established in 2013 on the top parking deck of the Neukölln Arcaden shopping mall in Berlin-Neukölln. From its beginning it was conceived as a "cultural rooftop garden" (Kulturdachgarten) and quickly developed into a hotspot for the city's club and subculture. The venue combined green outdoor areas with views over Berlin's rooftops and indoor spaces designed for partying, dancing and listening to live music. Over the years, the site expanded into several distinct areas. The outdoor garden is cared for by Horstwirtschaft, a non-profit association for biodiverse urban gardening. Indoors, the *Wohnzimmer operates as a bar-floor between club and pub, with a stage, couches and corners to hide away. By its tenth anniversary, Klunkerkranich had established itself as a platform for the diversity of Berlin club culture, presenting well-known electronic music acts in an intimate club setting as well as newcomers and young organizers developing new formats. The venue has continued to grow and describes itself as a place for everyone, expanding beyond the city and itself. It remains an active cultural venue and bar in Berlin-Neukölln.
