Kladenská dopravní a strojní

Kladenská dopravní a strojní s.r.o. (KDS) is a Czech company that operates at the intersection of railway transport and event services. Since 2007 it has built a business around renting stylised train sets and motor coaches that are converted into original venues for corporate events, parties, conferences, team-building sessions and private celebrations. Under the brand Event – Zážitkový vlak (Event – Experience Train), the company positions itself as a full-service event agency: it plans routes, schedules, stops and programmes, and handles the complete organisation of an event on rails. The company is based in Kladno, Czech Republic, and its services are built on two connected pillars — transport and event servicing. It dispatches special trains across the Czech Republic and, on request, beyond its borders. Clients choose the origin and destination; KDS prepares the timetable, stops, programme and organisation. Typical uses include corporate parties, networking and team-building trips, conferences and seminars, private birthdays and family or themed events. KDS presents itself as a one-stop shop that removes administrative burden from clients, offering catering and supporting programmes alongside the train itself. Its official website, event-zazitkovyvlak.cz, is the main channel for enquiries and bookings. The company remains privately held and is not listed on a stock exchange. Its niche is the combination of heritage-style rail travel with event management, a relatively unusual offering in the Czech market.

Kladenská dopravní a strojní s.r.o. has been writing its story since 2007, according to its official website. Over that period the company combined the world of railways with the world of events into a single concept, offering memorable experiences on rails and beyond. Its services rest on two connected pillars — transport and event servicing. It rents stylised train sets and motor coaches that are transformed into original spaces for corporate events, parties, celebrations and special occasions. At the same time it operates as a full-fledged event agency handling everything from the first idea to the last detail of execution. The company dispatches special trains across the Czech Republic and beyond, with clients choosing the route while KDS prepares the timetable, stops, programme and organisation. Its stated goal is for clients to enjoy their event without stress, unnecessary administration or worries. The brand operates under the name Event – Zážitkový vlak and maintains an official website at event-zazitkovyvlak.cz.
