Kinoteatr Cinema Star Prinz Plaza is a cinema in Moscow, Russia, operating as part of the Cinema Star (Синема Стар) cinema chain. Public data identifies the venue simply as a cinema in Moscow, and the chain's official website presents Cinema Star as a network of cinemas offering online ticket purchasing, seat selection, current showtimes and trailers. The cinema takes its name from its location at Prinz Plaza in Moscow, a naming convention common among multiplexes that anchor shopping and entertainment complexes. As a Cinema Star venue, it forms part of a broader Russian cinema circuit that operates multiple locations and centralizes ticketing through cinemastar.ru. Specific historical details — such as the exact opening year, the number of screens, seating capacity, renovation history or changes in ownership — are not documented in the available evidence. The venue should therefore be understood primarily through its identity as a Cinema Star cinema in Moscow rather than through a detailed corporate history. What is clear is the operational model: the cinema sells tickets online through the chain's platform, advertises current schedules and trailers, and positions itself around convenience for moviegoers. This aligns with the standard multiplex approach in the Russian market, where chains compete on location, screen technology, comfort and ease of booking. As of the available information, the cinema is active and continues to be listed as a Cinema Star location. Further verified details about its history would require consulting the chain's official announcements or local press coverage.
