Bhd., making them subsidiaries of KLLSB, with principal activities of property investment and property development; KABSB subscribed for equity interest in Astaka Kimlun Sdn. Bhd., making it an associate company of KABSB, with principal activities of property investment and property development; and KLLSB acquired equity interest in Sun Sakura Sdn. Bhd., making it a subsidiary of KLLSB, with principal activity of property development.
