Kibbi Technologies
Kibbi is a Canadian-built hiring platform that connects credentialing networks into one trusted ecosystem.
Last updated September 2, 2026
Overview
Kibbi is a digital hiring infrastructure for local hiring, unifying industry job boards, campus portals, settlement agencies, and diversity programs. It provides branded career platforms for associations, universities, colleges, and settlement agencies, connecting them into a single trusted network. Employers can hire vetted talent, associations and career centres can deliver value to members, and job seekers can create one profile to be found by employers.
History
Kibbi was built because no one else had built the infrastructure connecting credentialed professionals to employers. In 2020, HP arrived in Calgary from Hong Kong with $30,000 in savings and an MBA. In 2021, she built Kibbi as a multilingual job platform for newcomers and small businesses, raising $1.1M and partnering with 50+ settlement partners. In 2023, Han joined, bringing a settlement and employment lens. After two years of conversations with various institutions, Kibbi now turns Canada's credentialing networks into one hiring infrastructure.
