Kelterei Possmann

Kelterei Possmann is a family cider press (Familienkelterei) that has operated since 1881. Its product range covers hard cider (applewine), apple juice and apple specialities, and its drinks are sold in beverage and supermarkets as well as through its own online shop. The company also runs an applewine tavern (Apfelweinwirtschaft) on the grounds of its press.

Kelterei Possmann describes itself as a family cider press (Familienkelterei) since 1881. It produces applewine (hard cider) from a mixed variety of cider apples grown in local orchards in the regions of Taunus, Odenwald, Spessart and Vogelsberg; the apples ferment in autumn and continue to ripen in the company's sandstone cellars. The company also produces apple juice and apple specialities, sells its drinks in beverage and supermarkets and via its own online shop, and operates an applewine tavern on the grounds of its press.
