Kamene babe

Kamene babe is a Croatian association for music-scenic practices based in Donji Karin, Zadar County, active since 2015. It primarily works to revive the intangible musical culture of the Dalmatian Hinterland (Dalmatinska Zagora) while developing interdisciplinary artistic practices and organizing cultural programs spanning discursive, musical, dramatic, dance, film, and musical aspects of art. Its portfolio includes artistic-research projects, puppet and music workshops, drama camps and performances, film screenings, public tribunes, and installations. These projects are realized in cooperation with individuals and local communities, artists, and cultural organizations, diversifying cultural offerings and empowering communities. Since 2025 it has been a member of the Savez udruga Klubtura (Klubtura Association Alliance), through which it implements some projects.
