Kaizen Game Works

Kaizen Game Works is a UK-based independent game studio formed in 2018 by two veterans of the UK games industry. They focus on player agency and story interaction, allowing players to craft their own tales. Their games include Paradise Killer and Promise Mascot Agency.

Kaizen Game Works Limited was founded in 2018 by Oli Clarke Smith and Phil Crabtree. In September 2020, their first game Paradise Killer was released on PC and Switch. In March 2022, Paradise Killer was released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series with new content, and received an update on PC. In April 2025, Promise Mascot Agency was released on PC, PS5, Xbox Series and Switch.
