Kömpf Onlineshops GmbH

Kömpf Onlineshops GmbH, trading as KÖMPF24, is a German e-commerce company specialising in garden, home and living products. It is the online arm of the Kömpf family business, which has been active in the building-materials trade in Calw, Baden-Württemberg, since 1934. The online shops were founded in 2010 by Dieter and Wolfgang Kömpf, who brought long experience in building materials and retail to the digital market. The company is headquartered in Calw and operates primarily in Germany. KÖMPF24 sells a broad range of products for garden, home and leisure, including garden houses, saunas, pavilions, pools, tools, outdoor furniture and building accessories. The shop runs frequent promotional campaigns, cashback offers and seasonal sales, and has introduced a customer bonus programme. It also offers services such as nationwide assembly of garden houses and saunas at fixed prices, supported by in-house logistics, customer service and product advisory teams. The company is part of the Kömpf Group, which includes the KÖMPF Baustoffhandel building centre in Calw, a recycling centre established in 1990, and a building centre in Sindelfingen opened in 2000. The online business employs over 200 people, while the wider family business has more than 500 employees across a total area of 50,000 square metres. The fourth generation of the Kömpf family, Daniel and Sarah Kömpf, has joined the business. KÖMPF24 positions itself as a modern e-commerce provider with a focus on customer experience, expert advice and a wide product range for garden, home and living. Its website features regular campaigns with partners such as Einhell, Karibu, Badeko and Wolff Finnhaus, and it emphasises service elements like assembly and a bonus programme.

The Kömpf family has been active in the building-materials trade since 1934, when KÖMPF Baustoffhandel was founded in Calw. Over the decades, the business grew into a substantial building centre in the Northern Black Forest region, employing over 500 people across 50,000 square metres. In 1990, the company established a recycling centre in Calw, offering disposal and recycling solutions. In 2000, it expanded with a second building centre in Sindelfingen, focusing on garden and terrace design, including a 2,500-square-metre garden exhibition. In 2010, Dieter and Wolfgang Kömpf founded KÖMPF Onlineshops, taking the family business into e-commerce. The online shops were built on the family's long experience in building materials and retail, with the aim of offering garden, home and living products to customers across Germany. The online business grew to employ over 200 people, with teams covering IT, marketing, product management, logistics, customer service, assembly and order processing. The fourth generation of the family, Daniel and Sarah Kömpf, has since joined the company. KÖMPF24 continues to operate as the online retail arm of the Kömpf Group, running regular promotional campaigns with partners such as Einhell, Karibu, Badeko and Wolff Finnhaus, and offering services like nationwide assembly of garden houses and saunas.
