History
HenHouse Brewing's story begins with Scott, who stopped homebrewing and pursued artisanal manufacturing, and Shane, who came from the music world and managed production at a co-manufacturing facility in Petaluma. They began making beer on Scott's essential oil distillation equipment. When the three of them met, they decided to start a brewery together. Collin, a born and raised Petaluman, joined after working in brewing at five Bay Area breweries.
