FIT-EASY is the brand of Fit Easy Inc. (フィットイージー株式会社), a company established in July 2018 and headquartered in Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Its main business is the operation, planning, and FC development of amusement fitness clubs. The company describes an amusement fitness club as a facility centered on fitness that also offers diverse services such as golf, esthetics, sauna, and laundry, with members able to use any store nationwide at no additional charge via AI facial recognition. It listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market and Nagoya Stock Exchange Main Market in July 2024, and changed its market classification to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market and Nagoya Stock Exchange Premier Market in October 2025.

In May 2020 it started a smart membership service, and in June 2020 introduced a heat-sensing system. In September 2021 it introduced a high-performance tanning machine. In 2022 it introduced simulation golf "FIT-GOLF" (February), subscription protein and hydrogen water servers (May), coworking space "FIT-LOUNGE" and sauna service "FIT-SAUNA" (August and September), surpassing 100 stores in September, and drive simulator "FIT-RACE" (December). In 2023 it introduced self-esthetics (March), tennis "FIT-TENNIS", futsal "FIT-FUTSAL", and ganban-yoku (April), achieved 100,000 members and entered Akita and Hiroshima Prefectures (October and December). In 2024 it surpassed 150 stores (March), entered Nagasaki Prefecture and introduced pitching/batting analysis device "FIT-BASEBALL" (April), entered Shiga Prefecture and introduced washer/dryer "FIT-LAUNDRY" (May), entered Fukuoka Prefecture (June), listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market and Nagoya Stock Exchange Main Market, entered Aomori Prefecture, and introduced self-whitening "FIT-WHITENING" and pilates machines "FIT-PILATES" (July), introduced pelvic floor training machine "FIT-CHAIR" (October), entered Niigata and Okinawa Prefectures and achieved 150,000 members (November). In 2025 it entered Osaka Prefecture (January), was certified as a Health Management Excellent Corporation 2025 (March), introduced "FIT-SHAPE" and "H2 ROOM" (March), surpassed 200 stores and introduced "FIT-BASKETBALL" (April), introduced "FIT-HYPOXIC" and established a Tokyo branch (July), achieved 200,000 members (August), changed its market classification to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market and Nagoya Stock Exchange Premier Market (October), and entered Saga Prefecture (November). In 2026 it achieved 250,000 members, entered Chiba Prefecture, and introduced "FIT-BEAUTY" (April), introduced health karaoke "FIT-VOICE" (May), introduced stretching machine "4D-Stretch" (July), and surpassed 300 stores and achieved 300,000 members (August).
