Fine Today Shiseido

Fine Today is a Japanese personal care company. Fine Today Shiseido Co., Ltd. was established in May and began operations in July 2021, taking over the personal care business from Shiseido Co., Ltd. and FT Shiseido Co., Ltd. through an absorption-type company split. In January 2022, Fine Today Holdings Co., Ltd. began operations, adopting a holding company structure. In January 2023, Fine Today Shiseido Co., Ltd. changed its trade name to Fine Today Co., Ltd. In April 2023, Fine Today Industries Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary, began operations after acquiring the production business for personal care products from Shiseido. In July 2023, the Fine Today Beauty Innovation Center research and development base opened. In December 2023, Shiseido Vietnam Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shiseido operating a Vietnam factory, was acquired. In November 2024, Shiseido Vietnam Inc. changed its trade name to FT Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd.
