DHL Poststation

DHL Poststation is described as a German network of facilities that combines a packet station, stamp machine and mailbox. According to DHL's official page, a Poststation is open around the clock and offers many of the services of a branch: customers can buy and print letter and parcel postage cashlessly, send letters, and receive and send parcels. Each Poststation includes a mailbox, a Packstation and the services of a Postshop, selectable via the machine's screen. Most services can be used without registration; only collecting parcels requires registration for a DHL customer account. To receive a shipment at a Poststation, customers enter it as a delivery address using their personal customer number (Postnummer) and the three-digit number of the desired Poststation.
