Demory Paris is a beer brand with a history dating back to 1827, when it was established in Paris. The brand was revived in 2009.

Demory Paris was founded in 1827, located at 10/12 rue Broca in the 5th arrondissement. It was a convivial place appreciated by personalities like Simone de Beauvoir and Jean-Paul Sartre. The brewery was sold to that of La Comète before disappearing in 1953. The brand was forgotten as industrial giants imposed a monopoly. In 2009, Demory Paris was revived.
