Honeywell launches Forge Cognition AI platform for building management
Honeywell Technologies introduced Forge Cognition on October 14, 2026, an artificial intelligence platform for managing buildings, campuses and industrial facilities using real-time digital twins, AI agents and operational simulations. The platform was developed using NVIDIA's AI models and simulation technologies (Nemotron, Omniverse, Cosmos) alongside Dell Technologies' AI infrastructure and services. Honeywell is piloting Forge Cognition at NVIDIA's Voyager campus, the Fairmont Hotel in Dubai, NEX Mall in Singapore, Vanderbilt University in the United States, and its own campuses in Bengaluru, India, and Richardson, Texas.

Dell launches Pro Rugged 13 Extreme and Pro Rugged 14 laptops in India
Dell Technologies launched two rugged laptops in India, the Dell Pro Rugged 13 Extreme and the Dell Pro Rugged 14, available from October 9, 2026. The Pro Rugged 14 starts at Rs 2,65,990 and the Pro Rugged 13 Extreme starts at Rs 3,36,990, with both prices including taxes. The laptops are aimed at professionals in sectors including public safety, utilities, manufacturing, transportation, oil and gas and local government.
