Daiei Real Estate & Development is a comprehensive real estate company with a 70-year history, operating building leasing, parking, residential, real estate sales, and senior housing businesses. It was established in 1950 as Yaesuguchi Building Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Daiei Real Estate Co., Ltd. in 1958.
History
The company was founded in November 1950 as Yaesuguchi Building Co., Ltd. with capital of 2 million yen, starting a rental building business. In December 1958, it merged with Saitama Building Co., Ltd. and Ikeda Architectural Office, changing its name to Daiei Real Estate Co., Ltd. and starting design business. In 1966, it began residential subdivision business with the completion of Konosu residential land. In 1978, it started real estate appraisal business. In 1995, it started condominium sales business with Suncrest Kawaguchi. In 2004, it started parking business and absorbed Daiei Kosan Co., Ltd. In 2006, it started senior housing business with the opening of Green Forest Village 'Sakura Garden'. In 2009, it started industrial park development and sales with Kawashima Interchange Industrial Park. In 2011, the Yaesuguchi Daiei Building was completed. In 2014, it issued public bonds of 3 billion yen. In 2016, it established subsidiary Daiei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (renamed to New Daiei Real Estate Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. on August 1, 2021). In 2023, it issued green bonds of 2.5 billion yen.
