Cubic Plaza Shin-Yokohama

Cubic Plaza Shin-Yokohama is a commercial facility located in the Shin-Yokohama Central Building and directly connected to Shin-Yokohama Station. Its name derives from the hexahedral (six-faced) form of the station building, evoking a 'Cubic' image, while 'PLAZA' expresses the wish to be a plaza that is Casual, Usual, Brilliant, Interesting and Convenient for station users, local residents and office workers. The facility is managed and operated by Shin-Yokohama Station Development Co., Ltd., established in 1987 as a member of the JR Central Group, which also manages and operates 'ASTY Odawara' at Odawara Station and manages and develops the area under the Tokaido Shinkansen elevated tracks between Kawasaki and Atami.
