CTOS Digital Berhad is the holding company of ASEAN's leading credit reporting agencies, namely CTOS in Malaysia and BOL in Thailand. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Group offers a broad suite of digital products and credit risk management solutions and services, spanning credit reporting and digital credit decisioning across Southeast Asia. Its solutions and services are widely used by banking and financial institutions, insurance and telecommunication companies, large corporations, SMEs and consumers for self-check.

CTOS Holdings Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company on 17 July 2014. The company name was subsequently changed to CTOS Digital Sdn Bhd on 6 October 2020, and it was converted to a public company on 26 March 2021. CTOS Digital Berhad was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on 19 July 2021. The principal activity of the company is investment holding, while its subsidiaries are principally involved in credit reporting, digital software related services, software development, outsourcing and training services and investment holding; its associates are principally involved in credit reporting, information services, development of local and global financial information system, online and offline business information service provider, consulting services, debt collection and database management.
