History
CT Sounds was originally founded in 2013 by Coleman Thedinger, who passed away in August 2019. While liquidating the remaining inventory stored in his brother's garage, Calvin Thedinger noticed a gap in the online market and believed he could revive the financially depleted brand. He re-founded CT Sounds in January 2020 at the age of 23 and invested over $100K to redesign and launch a completely revamped product lineup. The business moved from a garage to a 1,250 sqft warehouse and later grew to operate out of a 10,000 sqft facility, with stated plans to expand to a 30,000 sqft space by May 2025. The company is owned and operated by CEO Calvin Thedinger.
