CSM Industry s.r.o. operates in the heavy machinery industry. Its production history began in 1967, when the history of production of the new series of the legendary multi-purpose telescopic excavator UDS began. Over 50 years the company produced more than 30,000 construction machines exported worldwide. Its technological equipment enables production of parts such as frames, booms and arms, and it provides services from material preparation to final machining, painting and assembly. A separate development design engineering center is part of the production process. The main production product of CSM is UDS – universal finishing machine in various designs. The company also produces small and large weldments, turned parts and hydraulic cylinders, preparations, assembly units, and products for the defence industry and armed forces around the world.

• Small weldments

  Small weldments of the order of up to 500 kg formed by divided items welded into a whole with possible machining or painting.

• Large weldments

  Weldments of the order of up to 2000 kg formed by divided items welded into a whole with possible machining or painting; they can contain up to several dozen details.

• Turned parts and hydraulic cylinders

  Production of turned parts, spatially bent pipes, profiles and hydraulic cylinders, in small to large series using mainly CNC technologies of turning, milling and bending.

• Preparations (jigs / special tools)

  Services for creating production documentation for special tools, including 3D model and drawing documentation; manufacture of preparations for welding and positioning, clamping for machining, and jigs / special tools for cutting, welding, machining, painting and final assembly.

• Assembly units

  A separate group of complete products or their individual units, which consist of a number of welded items and subcontracting, assembled into a complete functional unit.

• Defence industry production

  A separate focus is the production of products for the defence industry and armed forces around the world.
