In 2005, it launched keyword-linked advertising and mobile blog 'CROOZblog'. In 2006, its search engine was adopted by NTT Docomo. In 2007, it listed on the Osaka Securities Exchange Hercules (now Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ Standard) and started social game business. In 2008, it started internet commerce and launched mobile commerce 'Imakore'. In 2009, it changed company name to CROOZ, Inc. and moved headquarters to Roppongi. In 2010, it joined Mobage as a social game provider. In 2011, it established a joint venture with Nippon Television, 'ForGroove Inc.' and was selected for JASDAQ-TOP20. In 2012, it started fashion e-commerce site 'SHOPLIST.com by CROOZ' and established CROOZ America, Inc. The company has now entered a fourth founding phase, focusing on hotel conversion business.
