Crest Builder Holdings Berhad (CBHB) is a Malaysian public limited company incorporated on 9 March 2002 as an investment holding company. The Crest Builder Group was founded in 1983 by the late Mr Yong Soon Chow and describes itself as a specialist construction and engineering contractor with over 25 years of experience and over 300 professional, technical and operational staff. CBHB took over the listing status of MGR Corporation Berhad and was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 June 2003. The Group has diversified beyond construction into property development, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering services and project management, and following its RM300 million maiden development 3 Two Square, also into property management and car park management.

The Crest Builder Group was founded in 1983 by the late Mr Yong Soon Chow, starting as a small timer of less than 10 employees and growing to a corporation of over 300 staff. Crest Builder Holdings Berhad (CBHB) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 9 March 2002 as a public limited company, principally as an investment holding company. CBHB undertook a Corporate and Debt Restructuring Scheme that involved taking over the listing status of MGR Corporation Berhad, and was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 June 2003. Over the past 40 years the Group has built a track record in the local construction industry, especially in commercial, residential and institutional building construction, counting top branded developers and international property players among its clientele. It has moved along the supply chain and diversified beyond construction into property development, M&E services and project management, and after completing its RM300 million maiden development 3 Two Square, also into property management and car park management.

  The Group's M&E Services division is represented by CB Tech (M) Sdn Bhd, established on 20 March 2000, a PKK Class B and CIDB G5 license holder with core specialties in ACMV, electrical services, firefighting services, cold water and plumbing services, and gas services (LPG).
